Report: CEZ sues Gazprom for $45 mln over short supply

PRAGUE, Feb 9 (PRIME) -- Czech Republic's energy company CEZ has initiated a U.S. $45 million court case against Russian gas giant Gazprom for gas undersupplies in 2022, newspaper Idnes reported on Thursday citing spokesman Ladislav Kriz.

"The decision on arbitration procedures to take place in Geneva will be made by an arbitration court of three people," the newspaper reported citing the representative.
